Teachers design, develop, and evaluate authentic learning experiences and assessments incorporating contemporary tools and resources to maximize content learning in context and to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes identified in the Standards.
a. Design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity
b. Develop technology-enriched learning environments that enable all students to pursue their individual curiosities and become active participants in setting their own educational goals, managing their own learning, and assessing their own progress
c. Customize and personalize learning activities to address students’ diverse learning styles, working strategies, and abilities using digital tools and resources
d. Provide students with multiple and varied formative and summative assessments aligned with content and technology standards, and use resulting data to inform learning and teaching

Refelctions
This standard focused on designing and developing. In my experience, you need to design materials that worked will with your students. One of the best ways get the proper information you need from multiple people is with a survey. I created a GSuite Skills assessment survey in Google Forms that asked questions to determine how to direct my teaching. When I was the tech coordinator for the Amite County School District, every year, I would work with the Federal Programs director to create an online assessment survey. It worked really well in getting us data for things we needed to buy or improve on for the next year. For the online assessment, we sent out surveys to the administrators, teachers, students and parents. With this method, we received information on all fronts of what type of technology was needed.
Another assignment tasked us with creating a course site. I created one loosely based on the class that I teach from time to time for K-12 teachers. It included two of the artifacts that you see on this page: the podcast and the video tutorial. Everyone learns at a different pace, and you have to account for that my having a variety of options . The podcast works well when people like to listen and work and the video tutorial gives a great way for users to get a visual to look and learn.
Schoology is a free online curse creation site. I really enjoyed how easy it was to create a course and add materials, assignments, resources and links. It can easily be as basic or advanced as you want it to be. I definitely plan on using it in the future. Schoology is easily one of the top 3 tools that I was introduced to while working in the master's program.

Future Learning Goals
With the way technology changes, I'm going to need to continue to study and stay abreast of what's new in technology. Every time technology changes, I will need to create new materials relevant to what is out there. Creating materials to help the students learn more about technology is probably my favorite thing to do next to actually implementing and teaching it. People process information in a variety of ways, and as educators, we must find ways to create materials that can reach everyone.
